New: Antique Grinders Sound Fx Library

Web shop The Soundcatcher has just released a new mechanical sound library: Antique Grinders (570 sounds, 3.42 gigabytes, €50.00 on sale for €35.00).

The collection features recordings of 13 herbal and coffee grinders. The tracks are sourced from antique metal and wood grinders.

The sound clips were recorded from a variety of microphones, including:

• Piezzo disc.
• Neumann TLM 102.
• DPA 4060.
• Sennheiser MKH 8040.

Antique Grinders is offered in two versions, and both are currently on sale:

• 96 kHz/24-bit – €35.00, regularly €50.00.
• 44.1 kHz/16-bit – €25.00, regularly €40.00.
