Wood Sound Effects

The Elements: Wood sound effects library showcases nearly 750 sounds dropping and clattering, wood panels cracking and breaking, board impacts and chopping, and much more on multiple surfaces (dirt, concrete, wood).

With the help of a crowbar, hatchet, and a five-pound hammer, we smashed, bashed, and pounded pine boards and OSB panels. Then with all the strength we could gather, we got to work bending, rending, tearing, and snapping wood pieces with our bare hands.

The result? Nearly 750 clean, tightly trimmed clips designed to place the samples quickly in your projects. Three microphone positions (close in mono and medium close and medium distant in stereo) provide a different sense of space to match the perspective of your project.
