Things have been a bit quiet here on the Sound Effects Search blog. I’ve been occupied with a move, so I haven’t written about new libraries as often as I have liked.
I have been adding new libraries to the search engine, though. There are 1113 sound libraries from 113 web shops. I’ll be adding even more in the next few days, and I’ll write full articles about those new collections.

Immerse Yourself with the Zen Sounds of the “Drones and Tones” Library
Sound designer Tommy Sarioglou of TS Sound has released a new designed collection: Drones and Tones (50 sounds, 1 gigabyte, $25.00)
Inventively sourced from a brass Tibetan singing bowl, Sarioglou processed the field recordings through a granular synthesizer. The result are a collection of 50 96 kHz/24-bit drones with a distinctive eerie, mesmerizing aspect.

Introducing New Web Shop TS Sound + Hydrophone, Fire Sound FX Libraries
Sound Effects Search has just added a new Web shop: TS Sound. The work of sound designer and field recordist Tommy Sarioglou, TS Sound offers two well-recorded sound fx libraries Hydrophone (40 sounds, 643 megabytes, $20.00) and Fire, Sizzles, and Ignites… Oh My!
