I had just recently learned about Vancouver Film School graduates Aditya J. Yadav & Kartik Kulkarni’s field recordings. They’ve created a new Web shop, Bombay Sonic, and have 3 economical sound fx collections now available. I’ll briefly share details about the three new sound libraries today.
Yamaha Rajdoot 175cc Motorcycle Collection
The first sound library from Bombay Sonic is a recording of a Yamaha Rajdoot 175cc motorcycle (147 sounds, 875 megabytes, $20.00). Known as an iconic vehicle in India, the team has provided both original and designed sounds in the collection:

Heidelberg Printing Press Sound FX
The team also offers the mechanical sounds of an actual Heidelberg Printing Press (14 sounds, 91 megabytes, $10.00). The 48 kHz/24-bit library was captured using a Neumann KMR 81i and a Røde NTG3 microphone.

Fireworks
The final collection from Bombay Sonic is Fireworks (43 sounds, 1.18 gigabytes, $15.00). The result of field recordings in both Canada and India, the sound library provides clips recorded at a distance using a variety of sound fx. A Pro Tools session is provided that links the clips together, if desired.
